Odessa women, whose relatives and loved ones are surrounded in the Debaltsevo cauldron, blocked a highway with signs “Help Debaltsevo”, creating traffic jams six kilometers long. Novorossia authorities offered a safe exit to Ukrainian soldiers surrounded in Debaltsevo, if they lay down weapons. But Ukrainian authorities refuse to acknowledge the cauldron exists, and keep making attempts to break out with a fight.
Eduard Basurin, deputy corps commander of DPR earlier announced that DPR intercepted communications in Polish and English from Debaltsevo.
Also, Ukrainian command kept sending supplies to the locations already captured by NAF, indicating they do not have a complete picture of the situation.
