Poroshenko’s Nightmare

The Internet fake-nightmare of the Ukrainian authorities about the “Putin’s Buryat militants” materialized on the distant ranges of Transbaikalia.

According to TV channel “Zvezda”, the Russian-Mongolian military exercises “Selenga-2015” were launched in Buryatia.

The maneuvers involved about 1,000 soldiers from Russia and Mongolia, about 150 units of weapons and military equipment, including SU-25, MI-8 and MI-24.

The opening ceremony was held at the training complex of the Eastern military district “Zugol”, which will host the main phase of joint military exercises on August 24-25th. The ceremony was attended by military musicians from Mongolia and a song and dance ensemble of the Russian military. National flags were raised and the national anthems of both countries were performed.
