UAF Shell Injures Three Children

The DPR confirmed the
information of injury to the three children over the weekend as a result of an exploding shell
in Donetsk

As “Russian Spring” previously
reported, three children in the Kirov district of Donetsk were injured while
trying to disassemble Ukrainian artillery shell.

Yana Chepikova adviser
to the Head of the DPR on child rights confirmed the information.

“The incident
occurred Saturday night in the Kirov district of Donetsk.

According to
preliminary information, the children climbed on one of the heaps, where they
found an unexploded shell left by the Ukrainian military.

They brought it home
and began to disassemble it.

She noted that
according to operative information of DPR police, one child got both hands torn
off, the second child had his arm torn up to the forearm and injured leg, the
third child also had his arm severed up to the forearm.

Chepikova also called
on all the citizens for caution and in case of detection of unexploded
munitions immediately report it to the police or the
Ministry of Emergency Situations.
