Warriors of the strongest army of Europe complain that they are very poorly fed at the front. They are given just 30 cans of corned beef for 10 people for 10 days. And they get bread only once every 5 days. Because of the lack of food they have to catch and cook grasshoppers.
One of ukro-warriors gave a master-class on cooking grasshoppers.
Grasshoppers must be caught in the morning when they have empty stomachs. Caught grasshoppers are put in a plastic bottle. The bottle should be shaken in order for the insects to empty their stomachs. Then grasshoppers are poured with boiling water. After they are slightly steamed – they are put on a hot griddle and fried in vegetable oil literally for 1 minute. Salt and seasonings are added to taste. That’s it, the ATO delicacy is ready to be served!
The soldier concludes: “Thank you to our country and our president for such a good treatment, for eating grasshoppers, lizards and snakes! Please, have a taste, mister President!”
