“Forgive us, ISIS”
“Representatives of Moscow’s moderate opposition from ‘Solidarity’ will protest against bombing ISIS (DOCUMENT)”
The liberal movement “Solidarity” on Saturday, October 17, will hold a rally in Moscow against the operations of the Russian Air Force in Syria.
The announcement was posted on the website of the association.
The organizers of the rally report that they will hold an event since they do not agree with the Russia’s conducting a counter-terrorist operation in Syria.
“We area against this war, because we don’t want the deaths of peaceful civilians and Russian servicemen for the sake of keeping the brutal Assad regime in power,” the announcement states.
The “Solidarity” movement noted that Russia’s intervention in the military conflict contributes to the international isolation of the country, and its high costs affect the well being of its citizens.
