Most of the natives of Chechnya, who joined the terrorist group “Islamic state” have been destroyed, said the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, on Wednesday.
He also noted that the authorities also helped many young people to return from Syria to civilian life. According to him, the returnees are engaged in education programs for young people which counter the terrorist ideology.
“Most of those who joined the “Iblis state” have been destroyed. We have done our part so that they don’t get back to the Republic and shed the blood of innocent people” — said the head of Chechnya, Kadyrov.
Kadyrov noted that in order to prevent the joining of young people into the ranks of criminal groups, theologians with higher Islamic education are working around the clock.
