At least 22 civilians have been killed, many of them students, with 71+ wounded near Tishreen university in Latakia on Tuesday. One rocket fell directly next to the university, with another one falling next to a bus stop. Early reports indicate that a ‘moderate’ GRAD missile may be to blame. Latakia police say they stopped a father from shooting himself after his two young children were “shredded” by the rockets.
