It was assumed that the participants of the rally from the Northern part of Dagestan were supposed to start at 7:30 in the morning in Kizlyar. Then they had to go to Khasavyurt where they were to be joined by participants from Chechnya, and from there on the route Kizilyurt-Makhachkala-Kaspiysk-Izberbash in Dagestan.

“The walls of the ancient city, which withstood all the attacks of the conquerors, which became the cradle of three religions, we will proclaim that we are not a “fifth column” and that the USA with the West with its sanctions, will not bring down the Great Russia!”, — the publication quotes from the words on the social network of one of the rally participants.

The call to hold the rally, according to “Rough Draft”, was answered by about a thousand drivers.

The column was blocked by the police, and in Kizlyar protesters were blocked by riot police. Police, according to witnesses, tore posters of Putin and Kadyrov.

The rally was also arranged in support of the former head of the pension Fund of Dagestan Sagid Murtazaliev. In 2015, he was announced on the international wanted list, accused of financing terrorism.
