The plans of the Ukrainian authorities to rename the cities of Crimea within the framework of the law on decommunization are “blatantly stupid”. This statement was made by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Crimea, the Minister of information and communications Dmitry Polonsky.

“The so-called Kiev government, unfortunately, does not understand very many things. For example, instead of doing blatantly stupid things, they need to deal with the economy in their country, in the social sphere, to think about children and pensioners. But they need to have a minimum level of intellectual abilities, which our neighbours do not have,” said the Minister to the Agency TASS.
