The Director General of the TV channel “Дождь” (Rain), Natalia Sindeeva, took part in the forum of the Baltic to Black Sea Alliance (BBSA), an anti-Russian NGO that receives financial support from NATO.
The forum in which Sindeeva participated in discussed how “independent Russian-language media” works within the constraints from the government of the Russian Federation and the Russian legislation.

In addition to the head of “Дождь” (Rain), who shared her experiences with European propagandists working for the Russian audience, the chief editor of the agency “Meduza” Galina Timchenko, journalist Artemy Troitsky, the representatives of the Ukrainian portals StopFake and Hromadske.tv, the leaders of the European endowment for democracy and Dutch-Polish “Russian information Agency” and others were invited.
It should be noted that an organization of such a representative forum for the exchange of experience under the auspices of the NATO-sponsored NGOs once again proves that the work in the Russian information field is perceived by Western military experts as an important element of the information war against Russia.
