Photo exhibition “Donbass: the Bitter Truth” now open in Spain

In the Madrid Autonomous Community, Spain, at the Mostoles City Museum they are hosting a photo exhibition “Donbass: The Bitter Truth.”

It opened January 26.

The Spanish charitable organization “Good Cause” organized the event with the support of the DNR Office of Foreign Affairs.

Participants in the opening ceremony were representatives of the Russian Federation Embassy in Spain, representatives of the Russian Association of Spain, and representatives of the City of Mostoles.

In his speech, the Minister-Counsellor of the Russian Embassy in Spain Sergei Melik-Bagdasarov drew attention to the scale of the humanitarian and economic crisis in the Donbass. 

The president of the “Good Cause” Association, a member of the Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots in Spain, R.P. Damian, stressed the importance getting out information to an international audience about the extremely difficult situation that exists for the residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

The photo exhibition “Donbass: The Bitter Truth” will be held in various cities and provinces of the Kingdom of Spain.
