The Ukrainian military on the night of 1st February, shelled the suburbs of the Gorlovka village, Zaytsevo. More than 50 homes were destroyed, reports “Interfax” with reference to representatives of DPR.
The shelling lasted more than an hour and a half. At the moment it is known that one person was killed – a resident of the village. Data on the victim has been clarified.
The representative of the administration of the DPR spoke about the night shelling: “From the position of the Ukrainian side there was about 80 minutes of bombardment from mortar caliber 82 mm and 120”.
In addition, during the shelling, grenade launchers and small arms were used. According to DPR, the Ukrainian army fired at the village from the nearest settlement – the village of Zhovanka.
