On the opening of the first Ukrainian non-profit incubator 1991 Open Data Incubator, Yatsenyuk made an ambiguous speech:
“I think that the new Ukraine and a new world is the fourth industrial revolution. This “talentism” comes from the word talent. This is something that can make the agricultural sector stronger, this is something that will help the government to carry out reforms, including in the health system. Talent is what will allow you to overcome illness, talent is what will guarantee security for people, will update Ukraine, to create a new political class,” said the Prime Minister.
He added that Ukraine has every chance to become the leader of Europe thanks to intellect. Yatsenyuk noted that ten years ago the potential of oil and gas was considered, but now we have to pay attention to the “strong talent and minds” of the people.
