Known Odessa activist Andrei Yusov is convinced that the Cabinet’s decision regarding the moral character and behaviour of state officials is aimed solely at prohibiting the Odessa Governor Mikhail Saakashvili from criticizing Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

Yusov wrote on his Facebook page that the phrase in the resolution to “refrain from public criticism of the manifestations of the activities of state bodies and their officials” means: “to criticize Minister A. Yatsenyuk is now unethical and illegal.”

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); = id; js.src = “//”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

Arseniy Yatsenyuk has banned civil servants (read in large letters SAAKASHVILI) from criticizing the government and the Prime Minister, that is Arseniy Yatsenyuk, in the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, in which it is written: “to refrain from any public criticism of the activities of state bodies and their officials”. The decree is called “On approval of rules of ethical conduct of civil servants”, i.e. criticizing Arseniy Yatsenyuk is now unethical and illegal, he should probably silently admire the reformatory genius… But to remain visibly speechless is not enough, they need to be admired publicly.
