The first speech of Aleksandr Borovik as the Deputy of the Odessa City Council was not successful: he showered the mayor with insults, for which he was expelled by force from the session hall.

In his speech, Borovik said that “Odessa is the worst city he’s ever lived in” and that the current city government is illegitimate, as the results of local election of 2015 year were rigged, etc.

Borovik’s perturbed City Council colleagues met his words with indignant cries, and then the MP Dmitry Palpatine (real name – Fisinchuk) from the faction of “Doveryie Delam” banally removed Borovik from the sessional hall. At the same time, Palpatine used a diversionary tactic: first, he presented Borovik with a bouquet of flowers, and when he was distracted, he grabbed the newly elected Deputy by the lower back and in this position moved him towards the door.

It should be noted that Dmitry Palpatine (Fisinchuk) is close to the MP from the ‘Bloc of Poroshenko’ – Dmitry Golubov.
