The head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, will hold a direct, open line Q&A with Odessa and Bessarabia residents on May 4th. Donetsk News Agency will begin receiving requests for questions today for what is to be the second such online conference with the leader of the republic.
Earlier, the Donetsk leader responded to questions from the population of Kharkov region.
“Odessa is a pearl of Russian culture, the birthplace of great musicians and writers, and it still was two years ago. But times of joy came to be replaced with a time of pain. Days of sorrow descended. Now, being proud of our traditions and culture has become almost illegal while people fighting for freedom and rights and choosing the path of developing their native land can be set on fire with impunity,” Zakharchenko said.
According to Zakharchenko, the residents of both Kharkov, Odessa, and Bessarabia “were and remain our brothers.” The Donetsk leader remarked: “I felt this even more when in contact with Kharkov. Then people from Odessa started sending me a lot of emails. They want answers. On May 4th, I will give them answers.”
Questions can be addressed to Zakharchenko starting today on the page odessa-ask.ru….
Zakharchenko’s first replies will be published on the morning of May 4th.
The head of the DPR will be live at 13:00 for one and half hours and will reply to questions in real time.
