Kurtz: Minsk Agreement – sole document that can resolve Donbass

The Minsk agreement is the only document on which the settlement of the situation in the Donbass can now happen, OSCE Chairman Sebastian Kurz said this during a joint briefing with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Pavel Klimkin.

“We must continue the negotiations, and the Minsk agreement – a single agreement, a single document, based on which we can do it … I’m totally dissatisfied with the status quo, which is now, but lacking any other basic document, we must do everything to implement it.”, he said.
