The Ministry of Infrastructure of the Ukraine, have stated on their Facebook page, that a Russian ship allegedly tried to seize a Ukrainian rescue boat in the Black Sea.

The Ministry added that the boat crew refused to comply with these demands and set its sights on Skadovsk, not allowing the “seizure of the vessel.”
The FSB on the other hand commented that the Ukrainian rescue boat, entering Russian territorial waters off the coast of the Crimea, was taking photographs and video footage of the ships. This is illegal where official permission is not sought.
