A scandal is brewing in the US Army: an American, Guillaume Cuvelier, who fought on the side of the People’s Militia of Donetsk, has now joined the ranks of the US Armed Forces. An internal investigation has been launched.

“In exceptional cases, the Army may allow one to be forgiven for past mistakes, to serve their country,” – the official representatives of the US Army have stated. The 29-year-old Guillaume has French-American citizenship. In his youth, he was a member of the French nationalist organization, and in 2014 arrived in the Donbass.
Cuvelier has assisted in the creation of the French-Serbian military units. The group posted a manifesto on Facebook, where it was stated that NATO is a “military alliance of terrorism” and that France has become a “slave of the American Empire.”
It was particularly noted that fought on the side of Donbass defenders, as Russia for it represents the power of resistance and serves as a model of a healthy society based on traditional values and patriotism.
Later, the man left the Donbass, and arrived in the United States in January of this year. He has undergone a basic combat training course in the US military ranks.
