Residents of the Syrian town of Jarjnaz, located south of Idleb, have reportedly expelled Abdullah Al Muhaysini, a controversial Saudi preacher known for his ties to Al Qaeda, after he was trying to deliver a speech at one of the mosques during the Friday sermons.

According to opposition sources, locals barred Al Muhaysini from entering the mosque of Ali ibn Abi Talib and asked him to leave, before throwing him out of town.

Supporters of Joulani’s Hay’at Tahrir Al Sham terrorist group later accused Hussam Salama, a military commander in the rival group Ahrar Al Sham of being behind the  Al Muhaysini’s expulsion from the town.

Al Muhaysini, who is said to have left the town of Jarjnaz angrily, considers himself as a “man of peace” and often calls to unite the groups, fighting against the Syrian Amry, while others accuse him of fueling the infighting among these very same groups, in addition to the accusations of being behind the mass execution of hundreds of surviving terrorists, following their demise in easterm Aleppo against the Syrian Army back in Winter.

He is also known as a former chief religious judge of the now defunct terrorist group Jaysh Al Fatah and has launched several religious programs through social networking sites, trying to reachthe audicence by showing “good intentions” and neutrality towards all terrorist groups, fighting against the Syrian Army.
