Russia will mirror the possible introduction of a visa regime for citizens of Russia to enter Ukraine, as stated by Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov.
“We have no black lists against the Ukrainians, but if there is a new visa obligation, we will reply with a visa regime in the same manner”, – said the minister.

When Russian investors, artist and cultural workers are declared “persona non grata”, and there is talk of the introduction of a visa regime, the Russian side cannot leave such measures without response.
“Should we just swallow it all and not reciprocate?” – asked Lavrov of Interfax journalists.
On June 1, Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Pavlo Petrenko, said that the legal arrangements for the introduction of a visa regime with Russia.
Petrenko stated that the introduction of a visa regime with Russia is a highly technical process. Should the decision be made at the political level, the agency is ready to bring it to fruition.
