The chairman of the People’s Council of the Democratic People’s Republic of Donetsk, Denis Pushilin, believes that in case of a full-scale war with Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Kiev has no chance.
“We have an optimistic mood, despite everything, even if there is a war, then in the war we will win, Ukraine has no chance.” If there is no war, that’s better, there will be no sacrifices and destruction that the war can bring, but the process will be longer and more time-consuming in terms of building all that is necessary for the welfare of the population” – said Pushilin on Wednesday during a video conference.
According to him, “then we will have the only opportunity to make the situation inside the Republics more attractive for ordinary citizens and citizens of Ukraine, so that they want to be a part of what is happening here, and for this we need to work hard, because the Ukrainian propaganda draws a picture quite different to what is happening in Donetsk and Lugansk.
Reminder, that the US special envoy to the Donbass has recently claimed that the region “has more tanks than all of the Western European countries put together.”
