On July 23, Russia will open its first English – language summer camp for children, in the Krasnoyarsk region.

“English is the international language of business, diplomacy, science and technology. It is proven that people who speak two or more languages are 5 times more likely to be successful than others.” – say the organisers.

The “English Villa” initiative runs entirely in English,  and as such is the first of its kind in Russia.

The tutors are students in Russia, who come from as far afield as Jamaica. (that accent has got to be an extra challenge for the kids =))
