Bilal Tagirov, a minor from Chechnya, whose father took him to Syria two years ago, is returning to Russia.

Bilal and his father were found half dead by the army, when Kadyrov  instructed to help them on the spot and return them to Russia. It is not specified whether the father of the boy was participating in terrorist activity.

The head of the North Caucasian republic stressed that special emphasis has been placed on finding children in Syria and Iraq, who were taken out of Russia, which began on his order several months ago.

He noted that this work has its own specifics, and therefore the details are not disclosed, so as not to put at risk those who work there and as well as not risk the lives of children.

Kadyrov wrote that during this operation, the whereabouts of more taken children from Chechnya and other regions of the Russian Federation became known. As a rule, all parents are dead.

Earlier it was reported that Kadyrov helped return a 6-year-ol girl, Liza Ukhanova, to her father, after the mother of the girl tried to take her to a Syrian terrorist camp via Turkey.
