Another victorious day for the Syrian Army.

Earlier on Friday, the Syrian Army made new advancements in the eastern countryside of Homs province after regaining control of the village of Al Tarawi, located northeast of Abu Al Alaya, according to military sources. Dozens of the terrorists were killed and their weapons and equipment, destroyed.

In the area overlooking the Lebanese border, namely in western Qalamoun, the Syrian Army launched several raids on ISIS positions in the highlands of Hashashiyat and Chloubi, located in the area of Jard Al Jarajier and the Fikha border crossing, field reports claim. The clashes are not yet over.

In the meantime, the Syrian Army began liberating the border posts with Jordan, after gaining control of the entire part of the border of the southwestern Syrian province of As Suwayda with that of Jordan.

The liberation of this area and the military checkpoints on the Jordanian border is an important achievement as the Syrian Army has managed to cut access to all ISIS supply routes between the Syrian Desert and the provinces of Daraa and Damascus.

The whole process of libeartion was divided into four military phases, which took less than three months.

Today, the fourth phase has officially ended after Syrian Army and its allies took control of all military checkpoints on Jordan border, located within an area of 1300 square kilometers, inflicting heavy losses upon ISIS terrorists in terms of personnel, vehicles, weapons and equipment.
