The Ukrainian shock: the armies of the Donetsk Peoples Republic and the Lugansk Peoples Republic have received 3,100 tanks, plus MLRS and BWM, becoming one of the most powerful in Europe. [For balance see In three years we haven’t proved Russian troops are in Donbass]

The “Ukrainian Crisis Media Center” has published the results of another sensational study conducted by this organization on money from the US Embassy in Ukraine and other “charity” funds of the West.

According to this study, the number of tanks and heavy weapons from Russia in the Donbass has increased by a factor of ten since the beginning of hostilities in the region in 2014.

In July 2014, Ukrainian observers reported the presence in Donetsk and Lugansk of 30 Russian tanks. Three years later, this figure increased by a factor of 20, to 680.

The numbers for other equipment increased ten times over: rocket launchers and artillery – from 110 to 1170, armored fighting vehicles from 124 to 1250 and anti-aircraft guns from 50 to 550.
Thus, the total combat equipment of the DPR and the LPR reached 3,650 units, not counting military transport and other auxiliary vehicles.

According to this report, the arsenal of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics already exceeds the military equipment in the arsenal of Great Britain and many other European countries.

Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for Euro-Atlantic Integration Ivanna Klyumpush-Tsintsadze, who, incidentally, is one of the founders of this center, said that these data indicate the degree of cruelty of the “aggressors.”
“This infographic shows how far Russia has gone in its maniacal obsession with power,” she wrote on Facebook, sharing the findings of the Crisis Media Center.

We emphasize that the independent observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, actively working in the east of Ukraine, do not comment on these sick imaginations of the experts.
