Former Georgian President calls for rally outside of Ukrainian parliament

Mikhail Saakashvili, Former Georgian President, Mikhail Saakashvili, now a part of the Ukrainian opposition, has announced a Wednesday night rally outside of Ukraine’s parliament.
Saakashvili, who leads the Rukh Novikh Sil (Movement of New Forces) opposition movement, currently stays in a tent camp outside the Ukrainian parliament despite a ruling paving the way for his deportation from the country, TASS reported.

“I knew that it [his deportation] is possible, but, on the other hand, I returned [to Ukraine], because the people and Ukraine must be protected from the wheeler-dealers in power,” Saakashvili announced on Tuesday evening in a NewsOne TV channel broadcast.
“That’s why we will gather tomorrow at 7 p.m.,” Saakashvili continued.
Saakashivili is most known for launching a war against Russian citizens in South Ossetia in 2008 and then blaming Moscow for the outbreak of violence.
