Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada from the faction of the radical party of Lyashko are preparing an appeal to President Poroshenko about getting Ukraine out of the Minsk negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in the Donbass.

Deputy Ihor Mosiychuk from the radical party spoke about this on the air of the channel “112 Ukraine.”

“The faction will appeal to the president with a proposal to get out of participating in the so-called Minsk process.” The negotiations in Minsk should be stopped because Belarus unequivocally took the side of the aggressor country, it is not a neutral country, and it is impossible to negotiate on its territory. Switzerland would be an intermediary and a peacemaker,” said Mosiychuk.

According to him, Ukraine is not obliged to implement the Minsk agreements, and the political process in the Donbass can be launched only after full “deseparatization.”

“The Minsk protocol is not a document that took upon itself committments of any one side for fulfillment, Ukraine certainly did not take it that way, it was not ratified by the Ukrainian parliament, and the parliament refuses even to refer to the Minsk agreements. It will be perfectly normal when the peacekeeping troops arrive. And procedures of law and law enforcement will begin. Deseparatization will take place in a certain time, then in a year the political process will be launched,” the deputy added.

Earlier, commenting on the Minsk proposal on the introduction of Belarusian peacekeepers in the Donbass, Mosiychuk proposed introducing Ukrainian peacekeepers in Chechnya.

Recall, October 25 in the Solomenskiy district of Kiev there was an attempt on Mosiychuk.

The adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Varchenko said that the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov was interested in the attempt on the people’s deputy Mosiychuk. Later, Chechnya’s head Ramzan Kadyrov, at the board of the Chechen Interior Ministry, denied allegations of his involvement in the assassination attempt on Verkhovna Rada deputy Mosychuk and commented on these rumors.
