MOSCOW, Russia – Russian Defense Ministry has dismissed Western media rumors quoting the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights the Russian Aerospace Force has allegedly dealt an air strike against Al Shafah village in Syria’s Deir Ezzor province, TASS reported.

“Russian Aerospace Force planes have not been used to attack Al Shafah in Deir Ezzor province,” the Defense Ministry said.
“All information about such facilities is checked and verified on-line via various channels on the ground and by drones. Claims by the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Russian planes have raided Al Shafah are another in a series of fakes,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
