It is noted that the Serbian Radical Party has prepared a statement for the upcoming meeting of the parliament, a statement, which intends to emphasize the difference between the “reunification” of Crimea with Russia and the forcible separation of Kosovo.

“Belgrade can not expect Moscow’s support for disputed territorial issues if it does not recognize the territorial integrity of Russia, and therefore our party calls on the government to resolve this issue as soon as possible and recognize the reunification of Crimea with Russia,” Sheshel emphasized.

Recall that Serbia was among the 25 states that voted against the preliminary approval of the UN General Assembly resolution on the Crimea.

We add that in August Ivica Dacic, head of the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, harshly responded to statements by the US vice president, Michael Pence, about Russia. Recall that at the summit of the countries of the Adriatic Charter, Pence said that Russia draws borders by force in the Balkans and destabilizes the situation in Eastern Europe. In response, Dedic recalled that it was the West that redrawn the borders in the Balkans.
