The authorities of the LPR are preparing a plan for evacuation of the residents of Pervomaisk in case of continued shelling by the Ukrainian security forces. This was announced by the administration of Pervomaisk with the participation of representatives of the People’s Militia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the People’s Republic of Lugansk and municipal services.

Over the past day, the APU shelled 12 separate times, including using large-caliber artillery and mortars. Two civilians were wounded as a result of the shelling, residential buildings, power lines and a gas pipeline were damaged in Stakhanov.

“It is necessary to prepare two or three buses for the evacuation of residents of Pervomaisk and nearby villages, which, in case of shelling, will want to leave. We must understand that the situation is exacerbating.”
