Turkey has bought four divisions of S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems from Russia for $ 2.5 billion, the head of Rostek, Sergei Chemezov stated.
Moscow will provide Ankara with a loan that will cover more than half of the contract for the delivery of the S-400.
“I have only to approve the final documents, I can say that they will pay 45% of the total amount of the contract as advance payment, 55% – Russian credit funds.” We plan to start the first deliveries in March 2020,” the head of Rostek noted.
Earlier, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, following the meeting of the Presidents of Russia and Turkey, said that the parties had agreed on all the terms of the Russian loan to Ankara for the purchase of S-400 air defense systems.
