In Ukraine, a trillion hryvnas of losses were counted as a result of the accession of Crimea to Russia. The Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Yuriy Lutsenko announced this at a press conference today.
According to him, such a sum was counted by the Guild of Appraisers of Ukraine.
“During the investigation, the Crimean prosecutor’s office received evidence of the seizure (by Russia) of more than four thousand Ukrainian enterprises on the peninsula.
The general assessment of the losses caused to the State of Ukraine is more than one trillion hryvnia. We have carried out all the necessary procedures in order to detain this property under our legislation, and accordingly any change in its legal status will be prosecuted according to Ukrainian, and later, probably, according to international laws, “Lutsenko said.
