KIEV, Ukraine – Nationalists continued their blockade of NewsOne TV channel in Kiev for a second day on Monday, demanding its owner apologise for calling the 2014 Euromaidan Revolution a coup.

Around 150 masked activists in military fatigues descended on the channel on Sunday erecting a barricade of sandbags and razor wire.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and the Interior Minister Arsen Avakov called on the group to end their blockade.

The nationalists say that will only happen when NewsOne owner, lawmaker Yevgeny Murayev apologises for his statement.
