WATCH as Lavrov jokes: 2017’s election meddling was ‘hard work’

December 31, 2017 – Fort Russ News – Paul Antonopoulos

MOSCOW, Russia – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has joked on Russian national television about the busy year his country had in 2017 by meddling in elections.

Lavrov spoke humorously about international affairs, sarcastically commenting on Russia’s alleged meddling in foreign elections and joking that Russia is planning to remove the Japanese Emperor, during an interview in Moscow on Friday.

The jokes come as the West, particularly US media and politicians, continually make the claim that Russia is meddling in elections, despite not being able to provide a single molecule of evidence to support their claim.
