Down with the Islamic “regime”? WATCH as Armenian Christians celebrate the New Year in Iran

TEHRAN, Iran – Iran’s Armenian Christian minority celebrated the coming of 2018 at St. Sarkis Cathedral in Tehran on Sunday.

With protests spreading across Iran, with mixed calls for economic reforms and regime-change, war hawks in the US and their peddlers have called for intervention and a violent overthrow of the “oppressive regime”.

However, unbeknownst to most of these war pushers is that Iran is a multi-confessional state with a thriving Christian and Jewish minority.

In fact, the Jewish minority is so well respected that the Jewish community leader once commented that Iran is safer for Jews compared to France.

Despite only being 25,000 people small, the Jewish community also have a guaranteed seat in the Iranian parliament.

Of course, the same cannot be said for the main Arab ally to the US, Saudi Arabia, where the ONLY religion that can be observed in the puritanical kingdom is Islam. This is ignored by the US-backed war pushers however.
