Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov has talked about what he learned from Vladimir Putin.
When asked about how he manages to pronounce the phrase “Western partners” with seriousness, Lavrov said that he had adopted this skill from the Russian president.
“He also uses this phrase,” the minister said. “I believe that, by and large, everyone we communicate with is a partner. But partners are contractual partners – and there are partners that are hopelessly incompetent, which is more and more apparent in the West. ” he said.
