The National Council believe that “legislators should apply the world practice to impact domestic performers, who tour in a country recognized as an aggressor.”
These can be penalties or criminal liability. A TV and radio organization could be required to limit the participation of such artists or cultural figures on air, possibly for a certain period- suggests the National Council for Broadcasting.
