VIDEO: Free Syrian Army captures 3 Kurdish fighters as the battle for Afrin wages

AFRIN, Syria – As the battle for Afrin canton in northern Syria wages between the Turkish military and their Syrian proxies against the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG), Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters have captured three Kurdish militants.
This comes as three anti-FSA fighters defected to them yesterday, spelling bad news for the Kurdish forces. Full details of the defection can be found here. It also comes as a whole militant group belonging to the YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) defected to the Turkish-led operation against the YPG in Afrin. Meanwhile, the Turkish-backed Faylaq al-Sham released pictures seen above and below, showing the captured YPG fighters.
