HIJJIN, Syria – Dozens of ISIS fighters in Syria from Palestine who are part of a Palestinian brigade, which is stationed in Hijjin city, were recently killed near the city and the village of al-Bahra in the eastern desert province of Deir Ezzor, according to the owner of Eastern Mediterranean News.
There are still many Palestinian ISIS fighters in Hijjin city, his tweet said.

He then went onto explain that hundreds of Palestinians joined ISIS in 2014, with the majority of them coming from Gaza.
He then explained that a large number are still in Hijjin.

Despite Syria being the only Arab state that directly supports the Palestinian cause, these jihadists have found it a bigger priority to wage a jihad against fellow Arabs rather than against Israel.
