Among the recipients are mostly Western states – the embassies of the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Italy, Bulgaria.

Fipronil is present in the powder, a chemical substance of a family of pesticides, used in agriculture and medical practice, as well as for fighting harmful insects.

What are they trying to say?

An investigation is taking place as to who sent the letters.
