EAST GHOUTA, Syria – The Al-Qaeda affiliated Al-Nusra Front have been escorted out of the East Ghouta pocket to the east of Damascus city center.
These terrorists were initially prisoners of Jaish al-Islam, the most dominate terrorist organization operating out of East Ghouta.
The Al-Nusra terrorists were then escorted by buses from the East Ghouta pocket to the northwest jihadist-held province of Idlib where the Al-Nusra Front are the most dominate group in the region.
The #SyrianArmy once again respected the deals and bussed some of the fighters of Al-Nusra terrorists from #EasternGhouta to #Idlib.
Can you imagine if the situation was vice versa and these cannibals were the ones tightening the siege on the Syrian army? pic.twitter.com/POVUy5IYJj

The Syrian Army has also tried to broker a deal for all terrorist groups operating in East Ghouta to take up a similar deal where they can evacuate the region for either Idlib or Dara’a in southern Syria. Jaish al-Islam only days ago made their intentions clear that they have no such plan to leave East Ghouta, effectively meaning they will fight to the death.
This decision comes despite the Syrian Army steamrolling across the region, liberating 51% of the besieged pocket in only a matter of weeks. Despite this impressive advancement however, they are yet to liberate any of the major towns, primarily Duma, Harasta, Irbin and Jobar.
