British Ambassador to the United Nations, has Julian Braithwaite, accused Russia of violating the UN Charter in connection with the poisoning of Sergei Skripal .
In particular, he stated that “this was not an ordinary crime,” but “the unauthorized use of force” and “violation of Article 2 of the UN Charter” stated the British representative at a UNSC meeting today.
The US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, supported the United Kingdom. She said that the US authorities consider Russia guilty of poisoning Skripal and his daughter with nerve gas “that was made in Russia.” How silly would the Russian intelligence need to be to use a substance that leads right back to them, at election time?
Earlier today, British Prime Minister Teresa May announced the anti-Russian measures in connection with this case. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that the answer will not be long in coming. Anti-Russian hysteria is happening amid the absence of any evidence.
