MOSCOW, Russia – Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that London will need to provide evidence that Russia was responsible for the poisoning of former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia, or apologize.
“Sooner or later they will have to be responsible for these allegations: they will either have to provide some evidence or apologize,” Peskov said.
Peskov refused to call this situation “a deterioration of relations with the West.”
He said it was unclear why the UK would unnecessarily slander Russia.
The UK are yet to present any evidence that Russia was responsible for the poisoning of Skripal and Yulia.
Elsewhere in the Anglo world, a British ideologue was killed fighting in Syria against Turkish invaders in Afrin. Further details and her photo can be found here.
