A Reuters-based cameraman who had seen the British ambassador initially arriving at the ministry, saw the ambassador of the Netherlands and delegates from the Czech, Ukrainian and Belgian embassies arriving at the ministry.
Stepping out of the building, German ambassador Rüdiger von Fritsch said Russia must answer the questions about Britain’s poisoning of Skripal, but noted that Berlin is open to dialogue and wants to have good relations with Moscow.
