MOSCOW, Russia – UK’s Secretary of State for Defense Gavin Williamson who stooped to making vulgar remarks against Russia just wants to go down in history, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Friday according to TASS.

“I guess he wants to go down in history with some bombastic statements,” the Russian minister presumed.

“Theresa May’s ‘highly likely’ is the main argument supporting the Russia blame game and his would be ‘Russia should go away and shut up’. Maybe he lacks education, I don’t know.”

During a speech at a Bristol analytical center, Williamson stated that Russia should “go away and shut up.”

The statements were made in reference to the murky situation surrounding the poisoning of Russian traitor Sergey Skripal and his daughter Yulia on March 4.

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova immediately hit back at Williamson his statement and emphasized that London is trying to use these statements to cover up the circumstances surrounding the poisoning, TASS reported.

Elsewhere in the world, reports have emerged that the Syrian Army and Jaish al-Islam, the most dominant terrorist group operating in East Ghouta to the east of Damascus city center, have reached a reconciliation deal. Full details of this can be read here.
