Moscow offers to help Israel-Palestine situation
Moscow is concerned about the situation in the Middle East and is ready to provide a platform for Palestinian-Israeli negotiations. This was stated at an emergency meeting of the UN Deputy Permanent Representative, Vladimir Safronkov.
