One more time: There are no Russian forces in Donbass – Putin
“There are no Russian troops in Ukraine.” This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Our troops are not there. The Donbass is well armed – then the question comes, where does this armament come from? I always reply: where one side takes [from the Americans], opportunities always arise for the other side.” – Putin said in the new film “The World Order: 2018”.
He noted that the current leadership of Ukraine says that the Donbass receives weapons from Russia, meanwhile the Ukrainian military servicemen are dying!
