Saakashvili supporters picket Ukrainian Minister’s house
Supporters of the leader of the Ukrainian party “Movement of New Forces”, ex-President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili, have picketed the house of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arsen Avakov, in Kiev on Vyshgorodskaya street, 85.
The public activists and representatives of the “New Forces Movement” arrived at the house of the minister in about 10 cars. They unfurled a poster with the inscription “Death penalty – Poroshenko’s mafia.” On the fence of the house, the participants threw up some old backpacks to remind of the so-called “Avakov rucksacks” case. [Avakov was accused of government procurement corruption, whereby his company, that makes backpacks for the army, won over many others.]

As explained by the activists, they came to express discontent to the minister about the dispersal of Saakashvili demonstrators near the Verkhovna Rada on March 3. “We demand the resignation of the unprofessional government,” the picketers said.
