The SBU has arrested Savchenko in the meeting hall of the Rada
They read out the charge against deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Savchenko during the session. The SBU detained her right in the parliament building.

“Based on the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on March 22, 2018 on the removal from the People’s Deputy Nadia Savchenko from her parliamentary immunity, there is the granting of permission to bring to justice for criminal responsibility, detention and the selection of preventive measures,” investigator Tomusyak said.

He added that Savchenko was detained on suspicion of committing crimes. It is worth noting that the war criminal was arrested exactly on the second anniversary of the verdict handed down to her in the Russian Federation.

The Verkhovna Rada had authorized the arrest of Deputy Savchenko half an hour earlier. Members of the Verkhovna Rada regulatory committee today, March 22, supported the petition of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine on the arrest and detention of the non-factional deputy Savchenko.

In Kiev today there are two rallies – supporters of Savchenko, and opponents of Savchenko.

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko has already accused her of collusion with the APU and preparing an act of terrorism.

Earlier, during a briefing in Kiev, Savchenko said that she had information that representatives of the Security Service were profiting from military operations, and a number of officials were getting kickbacks when transporting humanitarian cargo to Ukrainian prisoners.

We recall that Savchenko accused the Ukrainian authorities of unleashing a war in the Donbass. In her opinion, in this war, Russia and Ukraine are equally to blame. She also noted that today, Kiev is a traitor to the people of the country.

On March 20, a provocative video appeared on the Internet, in which Savchenko starred. The video was posted on YouTube video sharing. The caption to the video reads: “Savchenko blew up the Verkhovna Rada. What?
Scream? “
